Returns

At Nomi Designs, we take pride in all of our “slow sewn” creations and we pay attention to every detail.

All items are custom-made upon order. Please review the measurements provided for each item before placing your order. If you need assistance with sizing or have any questions, please contact us at info@nomidesigns.net or call 250 661 6574. We are here to help you find the best fit based on your bust, waist, hip, and height measurements. We can also make special adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.


Exchanges, Store Credit, or Refund

If your purchase is the incorrect fit or size, or you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@nomidesigns.net with your request for an exchange, store credit or a refund and provide a detailed for the request.

Items can be exchanged, returned for store credit or refunded within 14 days after you have received your items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all exchange shipping charges. international orders, including those from the USA, are non-returnable at this time.

In addition to the above and in order to be eligible for a return, please make sure that the item is: unworn, unwashed, with original tags and unaltered.

Store Credit: For your returns, you will receive a store credit, which can be used towards purchasing a new item from our online store. Please note that this store credit expires after 6 months from the day we receive the returned item. Once we have received your return, we will send you an email confirmation. When you're ready to purchase a new item, simply send us an email, and we will provide you with a discount code. Please use this code at the checkout when buying the new item. If the new item you choose is more expensive than the returned item, you will be required to pay the balance. Please be aware that it is not possible to purchase a cheaper item than the one you returned.

Exchange items: If your item doesn't fit or you're not completely satisfied, you can exchange it for a different size or an item of equal value. Please note, that customers are responsible for shipping costs for the exchange item.

Refund: Refunds will be issued after deducting the original shipping fee, (Shipping fees are non-refundable)and a transaction fee of approximately 3% of the total transaction. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment as soon as possible.

Please note that items on sale are non-refundable, all sales are final.

Custom-made items, or with any special adjustments are non-returnable.

Please send the item you want to return, via Canada Post with a tracking number to avoid it getting lost, with the receipt or proof of purchase to:

When we receive your return and it is inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to inform you of our approval or rejection of your request. Once approved, we will process your exchange, store credit or if you are requesting a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund or exchange, you should contact your credit card company, as it may take a few days before your refund is actually posted. Once you have completed that and you still have not received your refund or exchange please contact us at info@nomidesigns.net.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying shipping costs and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping. You advised using a tracking number shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Once your product is received by us and is approved for an exchange, it will, however, depend on your specific location and may take time for your exchanged product to reach you.

 Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
