At Nomi Designs, we take pride in all of our “slow sewn” creations and we pay attention to every detail.

Refunds or Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or if your purchase is the incorrect fit or size, please email us at with your request for a refund or exchange and provide a detailed reason for the request. Please note, our policy lasts 10 days after we have shipped your product.

A new product may be exchanged for the same product or returned for a refund. In addition to the above and in order to be eligible for return, please make sure that the product is:

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • unaltered

Please send your product with the receipt or proof of purchase, making sure all the original labels are attached, and is in the original package to:

When we receive your return and it is inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to inform you as to our approval or rejection of your request. Once approved, we will process your exchange or if you are requesting a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment as soon as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund or exchange, you should contact your credit card company, as it may take a few days before your refund is actually posted. Once you have completed that and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Nomi Designs. It may be advised that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Once your product is received by us and is approved for an exchange, it will however, depend on your specific location and may take time for your exchange product to reach you.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
